Eden started Candlestick Co. on about a tenth of an acre in 2023 and has since grown it to a full acre on the Central Coast. She farms and she designs. The flowers she arranges for weddings come, in large part, off her own ground.
She publishes how she grows, which is more than most operations of any size will do: regenerative no-till, no herbicides, no pesticides. Those are her words, on her own farm page, which is the only kind of growing claim this directory will carry.
